Graig Churchill Eliminated in 10th Place ($2,385)

On a flop of AJ6, Churchill check-called a bet of 30,000 from the small blind, against Danny Chang in the big blind.

Churchill then led for pot of 145,000 on the Q turn, Chang repotted, and Churchill called all in for about 350,000 total.

Thomas Balla bet 50,000 from the cutoff on a flop of 6J9 before Mario Damiao raised to 120,000 in the big blind. "You have a good hand?" Balla asked.

"The best," Damiao replied as Balla called all in.

"It's not quite the best right now," Balla said as he was ahead with two pair, but Damiao hit the Q on the turn to make queens and jacks. The river was the 4 and Balla was eliminated in 11th place.

Damiao then admitted he had been up until 8 am playing Double Board Bomb Pot. "I made more money there than I stand to win here," he said.

"You won $25?," Danny Chang asked.

"You assume I'm going to win this? No, I did win $5K, though," Damiao replied.

Mueller Leaves Sowinski on Fumes

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Danny Chang bet 15,000 from the cutoff on a flop of 6K8 and Brandon Mueller raised to 70,000 in the big blind. Piotr Sowinski then potted to 290,000 under the gun, and only Mueller called.

Both players checked the 5 turn. Mueller then bet 275,000 on the 7 river, and Sowinski tanked for a few minutes before calling.

Mueller turned over 10743 for a straight, and Sowinski mucked.

A few hands later, Sowinski raised to 50,000 in the cutoff and Graig Churchill called in the small blind. Churchill then bet 25,000 on the A49 flop, and Sowinski called all in.

On a flop of J84 with about 150,000 in the pot, James Hundt got his final 255,000 into the middle from the button, at risk against Danny Chang from the hijack.

Hundt flopped top pair and a gutter against the flush draw of Chang. However, the A turn but Chang into the lead, and the 6 river improved him to the nut flush, sending Hundt to the rail in 12th.

Sidney Zweigbaum Eliminated in 13th Place ($2,045)

Graig Churchill limped in the cutoff, Joseph Arena potted to 60,000 from the small blind, Sidney Zweigbaum called in the big blind, and Churchill came along.

On the 1094 flop, Arena led for pot of 195,000, Zweigbaum called all in for 40,000, and Churchill folded.

Zweigbaum flopped two pair and the wrap against the aces and flush draw of Arena. Nothing changed on the 3 turn, but the A river gave Arena top set, and Zweigbaum was eliminated.

Zweigbaum Doubles; Aridgides "Drills It" Against Chabi

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Sidney Zweigbaum put in his last 50,000 from the big blind and was up against Brian Cole in the hijack.

The board ran out 5A9106, and Zweigbaum turned a flush to win the pot and double up.

A few hands later at this table, Mark Aridgides raised to 50,000 in middle position and Elan Chabi called on the button.

The flop came 294 and Aridgides bet 35,000. Chabi called, and the 3 fell on the turn.

Aridgides checked over to Chabi, who bet 60,000. Aridgides called, and they both checked the 6 river.

Aridgides showed J1097 for a flush. "Had king-king, nine-nine, and he just drills it," Chabi lamented as he mucked.

Mike Arzoumanidis potted to 50,000 second-to-act and Danny Chang called on his left. In the small blind, Brandon Mueller repotted to 215,000, Arzoumanidis called all in for 150,000, and Chang called.

On the 763 flop, Mueller check-folded to a bet of 150,000 from Chang.

Churchill Leads Into Cole

Brian Cole raised to 50,000 on the button and Graig Churchill called in the small blind.

The flop came 910K and Churchill led out for 60,000. Cole called, and they both checked the 3 turn.

Churchill bet another 75,000 on the 2 river, and Cole folded.

Mark Aridgides potted to 35,000 from middle position and was called by Philip Black on the button and Elan Chabi from the small blind.

On the A76 flop, Aridgides continued for 40,000, Black potted to 245,000, and Chabi jammed for 375,000. Aridgides got out of the way before Black called off his shorter stack for just a couple more chips.

Black held top two pair against the flush draw of Chabi. The 6 turn was safe, but the 3 landed on the river, giving Chabi the flush to eliminate Black.
