Simon Sends Gibbs Out; Hebbar Puts Bad Beat on Khachatryan

Level 17 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Shreesh Hebbar
Shreesh Hebbar

Michael Gibbs was all in for 130,000 preflop and was up against Keanon Simon.

Michael Gibbs: AQ All in
Keanon Simon: AK

The 810J flop gave Gibbs extra outs, but the 4 turn and 8 river provided no help, eliminating him.

Over at an adjacent table, one of the start-of-day chipleaders, Levon Khachatryan, had been knocked out by Shreesh Hebbar. As recounted by the players at the table, Khachatryan got his pocket kings in preflop against Hebbar's ace-king suited for a huge pot.

Hebbar flopped a flush to leave Khachatryan drawing dead, sending him to an early exit.

Foxen's Set Sends Peraudo Packing

Level 17 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

Daniel Peraudo raised to 20,000 first to act and was called by Alex Foxen in the cutoff, Christopher Savage in the small blind, and Matthew O'Donnell in the big blind for a four-way pot.

Action folded to Foxen, who bet 80,000 on the 3106 flop. Savage and O'Donnell folded, but Peraudo called.

Peraudo moved all in for his last couple hundred thousand on the A turn and Foxen snap-called to put him at risk.

Daniel Peraudo: 88All in
Alex Foxen: 33

Foxen had Peraudo crushed with a set of threes, and the K river changed nothing to score Foxen the knockout.

Top Boat for Salsberg

Level 17 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Facing an early position raise to 22,000, Andrew Voor three-bet to 55,000 in middle position. Matthew Salsberg then put in a four-bet to 130,000, one seat to his left. The original raiser folded what he would later share was QxQx, but Voor called.

The 44J flop checked through, prompting Voor to lead out for 100,000 on the 3 turn, which Salsberg called.

The A completed the board, and this time Voor checked over to Salsberg, who bet 125,000. Voor folded, and Salsberg flashed his AA, showing that he had rivered a full house.

O'Donnell Doubles Through Leng

Level 17 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Ryan Leng opened to 22,000 from early position and called a three-bet of 75,000 from Matthew O'Donnell, who was in the small blind.

O'Donnell bet 175,000 on the A59 flop and Leng announced he was all in. O'Donnell quickly called all in for 299,000 total and a showdown was held.

Matthew O'Donnell: AKAll in
Ryan Leng: AQ

O'Donnel had Leng dominated, but the Q turn left him drawing to three outs after pairing Leng's queen.

In another dramatic turn, the K landed on the river — putting O'Donnell back on top with a higher two pair for the double up.

Michael McCray
Michael McCray

Michael Mccray: AA All in
