Sharipov Gets a Double from Lucas

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Terrence Lucas raised to 300,000 from early position only for Timofei Sharipov in middle position to three-bet all in for 895,000. Action was then on Martin Kabrhel who had the clock called on him. The clock expired and his hand was dead. The rest of the table folded.

Timofei Sharipov: JJAll in
Terrence Lucas: Q10

A fairly safe flop of K3A arrived for Sharipov. When the 9 peeled off on the turn, Lucas gained even more outs. The 7 brick of river sealed the deal and Sharipov was sent the pot.

Chen Hero-Calls to Take a Massive Pot

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

The action was picked up on a board of 9310K4 with approximately 7,000,000 in the pot. Laurent Polito in the small blind bet 3,500,000 before burying his head in his elbow.

Ming Chen in the big blind went deep into the tank. The clock was called and at the very end of the 30-second countdown, he called.

"You win," Polito said while flipping over Q5. Chen had the second pair with J10 and won this massive pot.

Desai Has "The Best Poker Face Just Like Phil Ivey"

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel raised from under the gun to 305,000, and Navil Desai called from middle position.

Kabrhel stated, "Don't do anything stupid. I don't want to bust you. I have other targets at this table."

The flop arrived with 55J. Kabrhel bet 200,000, and Desai called.

On the turn 7, Kabrhel bet again for 200,000, and Desai raised to 500,000. Kabrhel called.

The river K brought a check from Kabrhel, and Desai bet 1,550,000. Kabrhel went into the think tank.

Kabrhel stated, "Hippo smells pocket sevens," and, "best poker face ever, like Phil Ivey."

The clock was called by someone else at the table, and Kabrhel folded.

Byrne Gets There on the River to Send Cox Home

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Action folded to Dara Cox in late position who moved all in for 1,020,000 and was looked up by Adrian Byrne in the cutoff.

Dara Cox: 88 All in
Adrian Byrne: A8

It was looking good for Cox on the Q33 flop and the J on the turn changed nothing.

The poker Gods must have pulled out their copy of Barry Greenstain today as they served up the A on the river to give Byrne a pair and send Cox to the cage.

Hinkle Sends Khemani Packing

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Ankur Khemani made it 325,000 to play from under the gun and found a call from Blair Hinkle in middle position. The rest of the table folded.

On the 2JQ flop, Khemani checked to Hinkle, who bet out for 1,300,000, which was enough to put Khemani all-in.

Khemani went into the tank for nearly five minutes, double checking his cards multiple times. The clock was called and just before the five second countdown started he made the call.

Ankur Khemani: 44 All in
Blair Hinkle: AQ

Hinkle had out flopped Khemani, who needed help quickly. None was forthcoming on the 3 turn nor the 2 river and Khemani was sent to the rail.
