2026 RGPS Passport Thunder Valley

As the RunGood Poker Series Passport Season Finale begins to sunset in Northern California at Thunder Valley Casino Resort, they saved the best for last, as there remains one important item remaining on the schedule.

The $1,200 Million Dollar Main Event will take center stage as the biggest tournament of the series will close out the festivities with a bang.

Last year it was Andrew Moreno who came out on top of a field that hosted a total of 386 entries to earn the title and the first-place prize of $200,080. Terrance Reid won in 2024, and Tyler Patterson took home the honors in 2023.

Previous Champions

The main event is slated to feature three starting flights from July 30-August 2 before a champion will be crowned on August 3. All flights will start at 12 p.m. local time. Players start with 40,000 in chips. Players are allowed two re-entries per flight. Registration will close at the beginning of Level 10. Those who have not used their re-entries may forfeit their stack and re-enter for $1,200 at the end of Level 9.

There will be a 15-minute break after every three levels with a 40-minute break after Level 9.

RGPS Passport Season Finale Main Event Schedule

Blind levels are scheduled for 40 minutes. Play will continue for each starting flight until 10% of the field remains, as those players will advance to Day 2. The top 12.5% of each starting flight will be in the money. Those who make the top 12.5% of a starting flight but do not make the top 10% to advance to Day 2 will earn $2,200 for their finish. Should a player qualify for Day 2 more than once, they will advance with their highest stack going forward and forfeit their lowest stack(s) and receive the lowest Day 2 payout.

Day 2 will play eight-handed, with a shot clock also being introduced on Day 2. Players will receive a total of five time banks at the start of Day 2, with five more being issued at the final table.
