Joao Simao raised to 6,500 in middle position, which Skyler Dennis called before the big blind joined in as well.

Simao continued for 8,000 on a 3♣A♦9♥ flop, which Dennis called, but the big blind check-folded.

Both the 8♠ turn and the 3♥ river checked through, and Simao let Dennis know he was good. Even so, Simao had a look of surprise on his face when Dennis tabled J♦9♦ for just a pair of nines, but still mucked his cards, seeing Dennis take the pot.
