Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Five Card PLO Double Board

A108A

Justin Liberto limped in under the gun, and Farhad Jamasi did the same from the hijack. Sergio Benso called his small blind and Steven Liu checked his option in the big.

The flop checked through, prompting Liberto to bet out for 130,000 when checked to on the turn. Jamasi announced "pot," for 690,000, and everyone else folded.

The 8 was accidentally revealed preflop, which led Justin Liberto to remark that, with no burns on the flop, the mistake would actually change the boards, unlike any other flop game.

Farhad Jamasi open-potted to 210,000 from the cutoff. Maxx Coleman then moved all in for 265,000 on the button, and big blind Sergio Benso called the bet. Jamasi called, also.

On the flop, Benso check-folded to Jamasi's bet of 300,000.

Maxx Coleman: AAKJ5 All in
Farhad Jamasi: AAQ65

Unbelievably, all three other eights ended up being dealt, as the players both played aces on both boards. "Chopping your way back in," noted Steven Liu.

Zachary Fischer raised all in from under the gun for his stack of 190,000 chips.

Justin Liberto three-bet to 330,000 from middle position. Big Blind Maxx Coleman gave it some thought before calling for less.

Zachary Fischer: Q10322All in
Maxx Coleman: AK1066All in
Justin Liberto: KKJ105

Fischer managed to stay alive and triple up with the nut straight on the top board and trip deuces on the bottom for the scoop.

Liberto and Coleman chopped the side pot, but Coleman was left with just over two big blinds.

Justin Liberto raised to 125,000 from under the gun. Farhad Jamasi called from the hijack, before Maxx Coleman moved all in for 210,000 in the cutoff. Both of his opponents made the call.

On the flop, Jamasi folded to a bet of 150,000 from Liberto.

Maxx Coleman: AAK64 All in
Justin Liberto: QJ875

Liberto's flopped boat held on the top board, with Coleman's turned boat prevailing on the bottom, as the two chopped the pot up. Coleman scored a near-full double given the dead money in the pot.

Benso Scores Huge Double

Five Card PLO Double Board

Sergio Benso limped in under the gun before Justin Liberto raised to 230,000 two seats down. Action folded back around to Benso, who called.

On the flop, Benso checked, Liberto potted to 610,000, and Benso moved all in. Liberto made the call.

Sergio Benso: AKJ88 All in
Justin Liberto: J10863

With spade draws live on both boards, Benso made his flush on the top, with his kings-up enough to take down the bottom as he got a double for his tournament life.

Jamasi Bullying the Table

Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Farhad Jamasi

Pot-Limit Omaha

As could have been predicted, Farhad Jamasi with his huge stack – more than a third of the chips in play – is having his way at the final table.

He took down six pots in the first orbit. Four of them came with him bringing it in at the max of 210,000 and the table folding to him.

He won another in a walk from the big blind.

The sixth came when Zachary Fischer brought it in under the gun, and Jamasi, from the small blind, was the only caller.

"I need a doctor to win this hand," Jamasi said after making the call, but as soon as the flop came 39J, he bet the pot.

Fischer folded.

Big O

Brevin Andreadis bet out from the small blind for 100,000 on a flop of 4KA only for Justin Liberto in the big blind to pot it to 640,000. Andreadis called all in.

Brevin Andreadis: AA997 All in
Justin Liberto: 106532

The 8 turn gave Liberto the nut low, as he was freerolling his opponent, and the 2 river gave him a wheel, as he scooped the pot and sent Andreadis home.

Zachary Fischer limped in from the cutoff, before Farhad Jamasi announced "pot," for a bet of 270,000 on the button. Michael Lenz moved all in from the small blind, and only Jamasi called.

Michael Lenz: AAK4 All in
Farhad Jamasi: A982

Lenz' double-suited aces managed to get cracked on both boards, with the first giving Jamasi two pair, and the second giving him the nut flush.

"New day, same thing," remarked Lenz as he left the table.
