Poker Players Can Rate Dealers at 2026 WSOP; Do You Like It?

Level 43 : 2,000,000/4,000,000, 4,000,000 ante

There will be incentives for dealers to perform well at the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP), one being financial.

The other incentive is not facing scrutiny, as the WSOP has implemented a dealer rating system that will permit poker players to grade dealers this summer.

A change has been made for the 2026 series at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, as players can rate dealers through the WSOP LIVE app, the same app they use to receive seating assignments and register for tournaments.

Glenn Thompson, under the gun, shoved for 12,000,000, and Henry Benamram in the cutoff called. After action folded around, the two players headed to showdown.

Glenn Thompson: J10 All in
Henry Benamram: A10

Thompson didn't look that excited when he saw the hands tabled, but stayed in his seat in good spirits as the dealer spread 772. Benamram stayed ahead with his ace-high when the dealer turned over the 9 turn and the K river.

As the dealer pushed the pot in Benamram's direction, Thompson wished everyone good luck, then left the tournament floor.

Renato Roizenblit Eliminated in 8th Place ($50,000)

Level 42 : Blinds 1,500,000/3,000,000, 3,000,000 ante

Sriharsha Doddapaneni opened from early position and was called by two players.

On the Q6J flop, Renato Roizenblit checked, Doddapaneni bet 5,500,000, and Eric Weber folded. Action returned to Roizenblit, who check-raised to 11,000,000. After some thought, Doddapaneni made the call.

The K fell on the turn, and Roizenblit checked again. Doddapaneni fired another bet of 9,000,000, which Roizenblit called after taking some time.

The river was the 4, and Roizenblit checked for a third time. Doddapaneni moved all in, covering Roizenblit, who went deep into the tank before eventually making the call.

Doddapaneni tabled A10, saying, "Just straight," seemingly expecting to be beaten. However, Roizenblit turned over QJ for two pair, not enough to win the pot, and he was eliminated.

Weber led out with 6,500,000 on the 7 turn and Doddapaneni tagged along to see more.

After a check, Doddapaneni fired 12,000,000 on the 2 river. Weber called just to muck his hand after seeing Doddapaneni table AQ for top pair.

Level 41 : Blinds 1,000,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante

Mikko Torkki opened the action from middle position and picked up two callers.

On the 63K flop, Torkki checked, followed by Eric Weber. Henry Benamram took the opportunity to bet 6,000,000. Torkki folded, while Weber made the call to see the 4 turn.

Weber checked again, and Benamram continued for 8,000,000. Weber then came back with a raise to 21,000,000. Benamram took some time to consider his decision before sending his cards into the muck, conceding the pot to Weber.

Sriharsha Doddapaneni: Q4

The flop came 4103, giving both players a pair. The turn brought the 4, improving Doddapaneni to trip fours and leaving Moncek drawing thin. The 2 river changed nothing, and Moncek was sent to the rail.

Weber Takes from Doddapaneni's Monster Stack

Level 41 : Blinds 1,000,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante

Sriharsha Doddapaneni open-shoved for more than 100,000,000 on the button, and Eric Weber in the big blind called. Everyone else got out of the way, leading them to showdown.

Eric Weber: AK All in
Sriharsha Doddapaneni: QJ

Weber was ahead, and Doddapaneni was looking to hit his cards for a chance to eliminate him. The dealer fanned out 963. Weber continued to lead, but Doddapaneni's outs for an upset increased with a flush draw. Nothing changed when the dealer peeled the 4 turn.

Weber's double up with ace-high was confirmed when the 5 fell on the river.
