Mizrachi Shows Kuemayr a Straight

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Felix Kuemayr raised to 30,000 from the hijack and was called by Michael Mizrachi in the big blind.

Both players checked on the J810 flop and then Kuemayr called a 40,000 bet from Mizrachi on the 7 turn.

The 5 completed the board and both players checked.

"Nuts," Mizrachi said as he turned over 109 for a straight. Kuemayr mucked his cards and Mizrachi padded his stack.

Marcus Goes From Over a Million to Zero in Two Hands

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Daniel Marcus
Daniel Marcus

On a completed board of 63374 with about 175,000 in the middle, Daniel Marcus had 150,000 in front of him from the cutoff. Katsuki Matsuoka then raised to 475,000 from middle position.

After a long tank, Marcus put in the call, only to be shown the 66 of Matsuoka, who flopped a full house.

The very next hand, Matsuoka opened again to 30,000 second-to-act before Marcus three-bet to 100,000 from the hijack. On the button, Yulian Bogdanov cold four-bet to 180,000. Matsuoka quickly got out of the way before Marcus jammed for 550,000, and Bogdanov quickly called as the covering stack.

Daniel Marcus: AK All in
Yulian Bogdanov: JJ

It was a coinflip scenario as the Q64 flop kept Bogdanov in the lead. Nothing changed on the 6Q runout, leaving Bogdanov's jacks the best hand.

Marcus went from 1,100,000 to zero in two hands as he exits late in the night in brutal fashion.

The 10 hit the turn, and Riess fired once again, this time putting a bet of 100,000 into the pot. Undeterred, Angelov called.

When the 6 completed the board, Riess moved all in for 335,000. Angelov bought the story and folded his top pair, only to be shown the bluff by Riess.

"Oh my God. I'm invincible. I thought you were joking when you said chop. I keep trying to die, but it's not working," Kade said as she sat back down.
