Absurd Runout Sees Daigle Double His Stack

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Marshall Daigle
Marshall Daigle

Marshall Daigle opened to 30,000 from middle position and Mingyew Liow called in the cutoff.

On the J87 flop, a series of raises resulted in Daigle getting his entire 420,000 stack into the middle, at risk against Liow.

Marshall Daigle: AJ All in
Mingyew Liow: 97

Daigle flopped top pair with top kicker while Liow had bottom pair, a flush draw, and a gutter.

The A turn completed Liow's flush but gave Daigle two pair. In incredible fashion, the A landed on the river as the table erupted, giving Daigle a full house for the winner. Liow got his phone out to capture the bad beat as Daigle received the full double.

Four players checked to the turn on a board of 62105. Samiyel Duzgun then bet 145,000 from early position, and only Caitlin Comeskey called in the hijack.

The river was the 3 and Duzgun bet another 175,000. Comeskey again called, and Duzgun showed 97 for missed straight and flush draws. Comeskey turned over 88 as she raked in the pot.

Almada Shows Comeskey One Card

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

In a 185,000 pot, Gonzalo Almada checked the 6972 turn from the small blind to Caitlin Comeskey in the cutoff. Comeskey bet 105,000, and Almada raised all in for 380,000.

Comeskey went deep into the tank. First, she put her opponent on ace-eight of spades, but then she ended up folding her hand.

Almada raked in the chips, showing the 8 in the process.

Michael Mizrachi

Sasha Guerin raised to 30,000 from middle position and called a three-bet of 80,000 from Michael Mizrachi, who was directly behind him.

Guerin check-folded facing a 70,000 bet from Mizrachi on the 8810 flop and Mizrachi turned over KK before collecting the pot.

"I only play aces and kings," Mizrachi said. "I fold every hand."

"My Intention Was to Call" Sparks Controversy

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Tyler Gaston opened to 30,000 under the gun. On his direct left, Greg Garabedian tossed out two green T-25,000 chips. The table argued over whether it was a call or a raise before the floor was called. It was ruled as just a call.

"My intention was to call," Garabedian made clear as Nathan Fair also came along from the big blind.

On the Q102 flop, it checked to Garabedian who put out a bet of 90,000. Fair folded before Gaston check-raised to 220,000. Garabedian quickly announced all in for about 1,150,000, covered slightly by Gaston.

A confused Gaston went into the tank for a while as Garabedian remained stoic. He eventually folded as Garabedian tabled AA, sparking some controversy regarding the preflop misclick action.

"It's an angle for sure," Gaston commented as Garabedian defended himself while stacking his newfound chips

Foxen Hits Royal Flush, Augusten the Victim

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

Alex Foxen raised to 30,000 in the cutoff, and Aaron Augusten responded by moving all in for 235,000 from the big blind, which Foxen called.

Aaron Augusten: 99 All in
Alex Foxen: AQ

The KJ7 flop left Augusten in a world of hurt, as Foxen flopped the nut flush to fly into the lead. Any hope that Augusten had left was well and truly crushed on the turn, as Foxen improved to a royal flush on the 10.

The inconsequential 10 river completed the board, and before the dealer mucked the board and pushed the pot in Foxen's direction, Augusten took a photo of the board and headed out.

Watkins Doubles Without Any Showdown

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

With roughly 280,000 in the pot on a board of Q38J7, Sasha Liu on the button fired a bet of 400,000. Kurt Watkins in the big blind with around 250,000 behind went deep into the tank before eventually making the call.

Liu instantly mucked her hand, and Watkins kept his cards face down as he was awarded the pot.

Several tablemates pointed out that both players had to table their hand, but by then the dealer had already shuffled the deck.

Even so, Watkins was kind enough to reveal that he had KJ, while Liu said she had a pair.

Bakovic Sends Grijalva to the Rail

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Alen Bakovic
Alen Bakovic

Four ways to the 732 flop, the action checked all the way to Ismael Grijalva on the button and he moved all in for 180,000. Alen Bakovic in the big blind asked for a count and called, the other two players folded.

Ismael Grijalva: K5 All in
Alen Bakovic: 87

"I am dead," Grijalva said before the cards were flipped over but he still had some outs to stay in contention. The 6 turn delivered a gutshot but the Q river spelled the end for Grijalva.
